We are seeking an experienced Ledger Management Professional to join our team in Stoke on Trent. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring prompt payment from customers.
About Your Role:- You will be handling specific ledgers of accounts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring effective communication with clients.
- Chasing debt by telephone and email, along with spreadsheet chases, to resolve outstanding queries and maintain cash flow.
- Liaising with sales ledger/accounts receivable to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A comprehensive pension scheme with 5% employee contribution and 5% employer match.
- Life assurance: four times annual salary.
