Financial Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing supplier invoices accurately and maintaining up-to-date records. This includes managing payment runs to ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers, reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies efficiently, and supporting other accounts functions, including general ledger tasks and month-end processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with proven experience in purchase ledger and general accounts administration. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. A proactive and deadline-driven approach to work is essential.
Salary and Benefits:
