Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Payroll and HR Administrator to join our team at Brook Street in Central Oxford. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of payroll processing experience and excellent IT skills.

The role involves processing monthly payroll, handling statutory reports and HMRC returns, managing employee lifecycle changes, administering pension contributions and auto-enrolment.

You will also support new starter onboarding processes, assist with recruitment and training administration, maintain HR systems and data, administer employee benefits and reward schemes.

Salary Range: £31,459 - £36,616 per year

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll and employee data accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the HR function
  • Contribute to the development of effective HR systems and processes
