Helpdesk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team at Phosters FM. As a Helpdesk Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our helpdesk department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering Helpdesk Calls: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Job Scheduling: Schedule work for engineers in your area, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- System Maintenance: Ensure that our in-house system, Tabs, is up to date at all times, including the latest information and updates.
- Subcontractor Management: Chase subcontractors for ETA's and updates, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information.
- Purchase Orders: Raise purchase orders upon request, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Client Management: Work closely with managers and clients in your area, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Escalation Process: Follow the escalation process, ensuring that jobs are completed within Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08.00am to 17.00pm
- Monday to Friday: 07.00am to 16.00pm
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern: 06.00am to 18.00pm
