Job Title: VP Finance

Assured Guaranty is seeking a highly skilled VP Finance to join our Structured Finance Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and negotiating structured finance transactions that provide credit enhancement for a wide range of capital-driven structured products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Originate and close structured finance transactions with UK and European financial institution sponsors.
  2. Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze and evaluate transaction risks.
  3. Lead transaction-specific due diligence and work closely with rating agencies to ensure successful transaction outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with senior management and other departmental members to drive business growth and development.
Requirements:
  1. 10+ years of experience in structured finance, with a strong background in financial modeling and analysis.
  2. Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university, preferably in finance, accounting, or a quantitative discipline.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and senior management.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
