Administrative Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with great admin skills and a head for numbers to become a key member of our finance team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our accounts department.
Key Responsibilities- Process incoming and outgoing deposits, reconciling bank accounts as necessary
- Prepare rental statements and transfer clients' monies
- Credit control and management of the purchase ledger
- Good level of experience using computers and multiple systems simultaneously
- Understanding of VAT desirable
You will receive a competitive salary of up to £25,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including membership of the Firm's Pension Plan and 28 days annual leave.
