We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Lead Teacher to join our team at Learning Care Group. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for leading a preschool classroom and promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to the needs of all learners.
  • Mentor and support fellow teachers to ensure high-quality care and education.
  • Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of our children through play-based learning.

As a Lead Teacher, you will also have the opportunity to work closely with parents and families to promote their child's development and well-being.

Requirements
  • Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
  • Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
  • Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including paid time off, health insurance, and professional development opportunities.
