We are seeking an experienced Strategic Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team at Capgemini, a global business and technology transformation partner. Job Summary

This role involves working with clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions in the field of Cybersecurity. You will be responsible for helping clients evaluate cyber risks, redesign security operating models, and modernize digital identity capabilities. Your expertise will enable clients to drive security culture change and transform security and compliance regimes to make them efficient, effective, sustainable, and resilient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing and addressing client cybersecurity needs through the development and implementation of tailored security strategies
  • Collaborating with clients to design and implement effective security operating models that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Providing expert guidance on security architecture, operational technology, and operational resilience to ensure the security of critical infrastructure
  • Conducting security maturity assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for mitigation
  • Working closely with clients to develop and implement security awareness training programs to promote a culture of security within their organizations

You will also have the opportunity to engage with clients in business, IT, and/or security to positively influence the board and senior stakeholders to achieve required outcomes.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be expected to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more Cybersecurity domains (Security & Risk Management, Security Architecture, Asset Security, Security Engineering, Communications & Network Security, Identity & Access Management, Security Education and Awareness, Security Assessment & Testing, Security Operations, or Software Development Security)
  • Familiarity with core Cybersecurity frameworks and industry frameworks (e.g., NIS2) and financial regulations (e.g., GDPR)
  • Relevant Cybersecurity qualifications such as CISSP / CISM / CompTIA Security+ preferred
  • Experience of proposition building and delivery
  • Experience in managing and leading delivery in Cybersecurity projects

We offer a remuneration package which includes flexible benefits options for you to choose to suit your own personal circumstances and a variable element dependent grade and on company and personal performance. This role offers a salary of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
