Temporary HR Administrator with Hybrid Working Option

Michael Page (UK) are recruiting for a Temporary HR Administrator to support our client's HR Team in Central Nottingham. This role offers a competitive salary and hybrid working option.
About the Role:
- As a Temporary HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing general HR Administration services, including processing payroll and benefits administration.
- You will work closely with the HRBP to ensure accurate personnel files and up-to-date records.
- Your tasks will include communicating changes to finance teams and benefits providers, as well as managing the HR Inbox.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have previous experience in a HR role and knowledge of employment law and legislation.
- You should be analytical and data-driven, with the ability to improve processes and communicate changes effectively.
- CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £15.24 holiday pay + £2.38ph = £17.62ph total pay rate.
- Hybrid working option, with 3 days on-site, Tuesday-Thursday.
- Subsidised public parking or public transport available.
