Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Team, including processing global payroll and benefits administration.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess knowledge of payroll processing and legislative requirements. They will also have excellent analytical and data-driven skills, as well as the ability to improve processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Processing global payroll and benefits administration
  2. Handling all administrative tasks, including onboarding paperwork, offer letters, contracts, pre-employment screening, right to work, employee inductions, amendments to terms and conditions, absence management, family-friendly matters, joiners, movers, and leavers
  3. Administering employee changes and ensuring the HRIS system and personnel files are up to date and accurate
  4. Communicating any changes to the required parties, such as finance teams and benefits providers
  5. Managing the HR Inbox and responding to general HR and payroll queries

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and legislative requirements
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven skills
  • Able to improve processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • CIPD qualification is desirable

About the Role:

This is a temporary role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with hybrid working (3 days on-site). The salary is £17.62ph total pay rate, which includes holiday pay. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
