Your Key Contributions- Develop and implement innovative programs within the prison psychology team
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance the rehabilitation process
- Deliver training on managing challenging behaviours and complex case formulations
You will work closely with prisoners who have complex mental health needs, supervising Forensic Psychologists in Training and supporting team members with challenging cases. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing supervision and guidance to staff handling complex cases.
