Senior Brand Director

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Director to join our team at Three. As a key member of our in-house agency, you will be responsible for leading our brand campaigns and social first creative efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative campaigns that meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our creative offerings.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel creative campaigns.
- Excellent commercial tracking and analytical skills.
- Experience in driving forward big ideas and working with stakeholders, creative people, and producers to implement them.
- Strong knowledge of the creative and design process, as well as an interest and understanding of the production process.
- Ability to take and interpret creative briefs.
- Can read and translate media schedules to know how to service the creative process.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range starting at £53,760, with the exact salary depending on experience.
- A car allowance, a performance-based annual bonus, and an additional 'flexible allowance' to spend on additional benefits, topping up your pension, or to be added to your salary.
- Hybrid working between your home (2-3 days a week) and our brand-new Reading HQ office at Green Park (2-3 days a week).
- 28 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays + 3 personal days annually, which increases with length of service.
