Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing patient flow, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient service by greeting patients, answering phone calls, and responding to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage patient flow by coordinating appointments, managing waitlists, and ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.
- Maintain accurate records by updating patient files, managing medical records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, billing, and insurance claims processing.
Requirements
- Previous front desk experience in a medical or dental setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and external partners.
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in dental software.
