Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized and empathetic Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a positive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and staff
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety
- Contribute to a positive and professional team environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity
