Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized and empathetic Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing patient flow, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all patients
- Manage patient flow, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with dentists and hygienists
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and dentists to ensure seamless care
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient satisfaction

Requirements
- Previous front-of-house experience, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and empathetic nature
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; dental or medical administration experience a plus
