Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality psychiatric care to patients with dementia, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose, and manage patients with dementia, ensuring the highest standards of care and treatment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures for the management of dementia, ensuring best practice and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the development and delivery of training programs for staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care to patients with dementia.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of research projects, ensuring the highest standards of research and innovation in the field of dementia care.
