Architectural Design Technologist Job Description

This role presents a unique opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on a diverse range of projects, encompassing residential, healthcare, education, commercial, leisure, and more.

As a key member of our employee-owned practice, you will be based across two offices with over twenty staff members, offering a range of services including architectural, building surveying, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, NHBC guidelines, and other relevant laws.
  • Assess risks and create health and safety plans according to regulations.
  • Organise drawings properly and back up computer files monthly.
  • Measure existing buildings on-site as required for projects.

Requirements:

  • Skilled in the use of Auto-CAD.
  • Experience in UK-based residential projects is essential.
