Architectural Technician Job Opportunity

Hunter Dunning Recruitment is seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to join our client's employee-owned firm in Sevenoaks. This role offers a unique chance to work on a variety of projects, including residential, healthcare, education, commercial, and leisure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce technical drawing packages and design presentation materials like boards and layouts.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, NHBC guidelines, and other relevant laws.
  • Assess risks and create health and safety plans according to regulations.
  • Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with drawings and issue instructions as needed.
  • Organise drawings properly and back up computer files monthly.
  • Measure existing buildings on-site as required for projects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of practice experience.
  • Skilled in the use of Auto-CAD.
  • Current knowledge of UK regulations.
  • Experience in UK-based residential projects.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000.
  • International team trips.
  • Flexible working with core hours 10.00 am pm.
  • Onsite parking available.
