As our Payroll Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes. You will be responsible for preparing and processing payroll information, as well as owning the relationship with our HR Information Systems (PeopleXD) and developing our systems and processes to ensure functionality and permissions align with data and reporting needs.

This role requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyse, and validate payroll data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations. You will also need to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track key payroll and HR performance indicators.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting regular audits of payroll and HR data, and performing data reconciliations between payroll and other systems. To succeed in this position, you will need experience working with computerised payroll systems and Microsoft Office programs, including advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary (£43,000 - £50,000 per annum), annual bonus scheme, private healthcare for you and your partner, life assurance, and an excellent company pension (3% employee contribution + 8% employer contribution). You will also have opportunities to utilise up to 3 days' paid charity/volunteering days per year.
