We are Enso Recruitment, a leading digital agency in Northern Ireland, seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Manager to lead our client relationships and drive project delivery. With a strong focus on strategy and execution, you will be responsible for guiding projects from concept to completion and ensuring seamless communication across teams.

As a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering impactful digital solutions, you will play a key role in driving results and exceeding client expectations. Your expertise in managing diverse portfolios of projects, resources, and timelines will be crucial in navigating any challenges that may arise.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a senior project management or account management role, preferably within a digital agency or similar environment. Strong communication skills, both with clients and internal teams, are essential. A keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, technical, and development teams to drive results.
  • Manage resources and timelines effectively, navigating any challenges that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior project management or account management role, preferably within a digital agency or similar environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both with clients and internal teams.
  • A keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving.
  • A track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
