Contract - Remote - Web3 Digital Transformation Consultant


We are seeking an experienced Web3 Digital Transformation Consultant with a strong foundation in both Web2 frameworks and Web3 technologies. This role is ideal for professionals skilled in guiding clients through the transition from legacy systems to decentralized, blockchain-compatible solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Consulting & Client Engagement: Collaborate directly with clients to assess existing systems, identify Web3 adoption opportunities, and develop tailored digital transformation strategies.
  • Technical Architecture & Implementation: Design, build, and implement Web3-compatible solutions, leveraging your expertise in software development, systems architecture, or data engineering.
  • Project Scoping & Management: Define and manage project scopes, timelines, and objectives to ensure alignment with client goals and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Strategic Insight: Provide thought leadership on Web3 and blockchain trends, sharing relevant insights with clients to support informed decision-making.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 5-10+ years in technology, with a strong foundation in Web2 frameworks and comprehensive Web3 knowledge, including blockchain and decentralized applications. Experience in transitioning legacy systems to Web3 is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in programming languages relevant to Web2 and Web3, such as JavaScript, Solidity, or Python. Background in IT, STEM, or Engineering with hands-on experience in software development, systems architecture, or data engineering.
  • Consulting Expertise: Previous experience in client-facing consulting roles, ideally involving digital transformation projects. Capable of managing project scopes, assessing client needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Location & Language: Based in the UK, fluent in English, and familiar with UK technology trends and Web3 regulatory considerations.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, and adaptability in a fast-evolving tech landscape.
