About the Role

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Senior PLM Engineering Lead to spearhead groundbreaking PLM programs for our prestigious Industry clients. As a key member of our Digital Continuity Team, you will be at the forefront of digital Engineering and manufacturing, driving innovation and excellence in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a talented team of CAD Engineers and PLM Consultants, providing strategic leadership and guidance to drive business growth and success.
  • Collaborate closely with senior managers and consultants, as well as clients' leadership teams, to deliver innovative process, methods, and tools that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Develop and deploy cutting-edge Digital Engineering toolchains, leveraging industry expertise and best practices to drive business transformation and growth.
  • Support the definition of SAFe-based operating models, value streams, and delivery health monitoring, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with Capgemini's Engagement Manager and Program Director to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading PLM transformation projects, with a strong track record of delivering business growth and success.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong industry expertise in Aerospace, Defence, Marine, Nuclear, or Automotive, with a deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies.
  • Ability to travel and spend significant time on client sites, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Security Check (SC) clearance, with a strong understanding of the requirements and eligibility criteria.
