Serve as the University Preparation Program Director at Study Group, driving the development and delivery of a comprehensive online program for ambitious high-school students in the Middle East.

Our team is dedicated to creating a brighter future for students worldwide, and we're seeking a seasoned professional to join our ranks. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing a part-time, digital course that equips students with the skills and knowledge required for successful undergraduate university applications.

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on experience, comes with this role, along with a package of benefits that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous vacation time.

You'll report directly to the Director of Digital Learning, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to build robust relationships, drive effective communication, and foster exceptional teamwork.

Main tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the digital university preparation program strategy
  • Maintaining high student satisfaction rates, ensuring quality and continuous improvement
  • Managing budget data, collaborating with central teams to guarantee accuracy and timeliness
  • Creating targeted monitoring and reporting systems for diverse stakeholders
  • Engaging with students to collect feedback and address concerns

To succeed, you'll need a solid academic foundation, leadership and management expertise, and experience leading educational initiatives. A background in education or related field is also necessary.
