Signalling Instructor

We are seeking a skilled Signalling Trainer to deliver high-quality training to rail engineers and apprentices across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging signalling courses to small groups of up to 8 learners.
- Manage and present to a classroom environment, ensuring a positive learning experience.
- Develop and maintain training materials, ensuring currency, accuracy, and relevance.
- Deliver training and assessment events on time and to the required standard.
- Review and develop training materials, ensuring they meet the needs of learners.
- Manage the daily delivery of student training and assessment.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in the UK Rail industry, with a focus on training or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to create training collateral as required.
- Willingness to travel to client locations across the UK.
