Signalling Trainer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Signalling Trainer to deliver high-quality training to rail engineers and apprentices across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging signalling courses to small groups of up to 8 learners.
  • Manage and present to a classroom environment, ensuring a positive learning experience.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, ensuring currency, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Deliver training and assessment events on time and to the required standard.
  • Review and develop training materials, ensuring they meet the needs of learners.
  • Manage the daily delivery of student training and assessment.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in the UK Rail industry, with a focus on training or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to create training collateral as required.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations across the UK.
