We are seeking a skilled Signalling Trainer to join our team at Vannin Solutions, a leading rail training organization with a presence across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality signalling courses to a diverse group of rail engineers and apprentices.
  • Effectively manage and present to a classroom of up to 8 students, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure seamless training delivery.
  • Create training collateral as needed to support course materials.
  • Bring 5 years of UK Rail industry experience, with a focus on training and development.
  • Travel to client locations across the UK to deliver training and assessment events, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Review, develop, and maintain training materials to ensure currency, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Oversee the daily management and delivery of student training and assessment, ensuring exceptional outcomes.
