Job Title: Comprehensive Services Consultant

Construction Site Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Comprehensive Services Consultant to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive utility solutions to our clients.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience

Your responsibilities as a Comprehensive Services Consultant will include leading and managing utility connection projects, providing expert consultancy to clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing project teams.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage utility connection projects, focusing on electricity, gas, and water services
  • Provide expert consultancy to clients on utility infrastructure requirements and solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and utility companies
  • Oversee project teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards and regulations
  • Conduct technical due diligence and feasibility studies for utility connections
  • Contribute to business development activities and proposal writing
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in the utility sector

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the utilities sector, with a focus on connections and infrastructure projects
  • In-depth knowledge of UK utility regulations and standards
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and CAD applications
