Home Recruitment Ltd is a dynamic medical aesthetic device company seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence in the UK market.
This role involves fostering strong relationships with key customers and thought leaders, developing new leads, and growing revenue in existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing schedules, and delivering high-quality training to clinic teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Built lasting partnerships with clinics, ensuring high visibility and accessibility for our products.
- Deliver clinical and commercial training to clinic teams, ensuring seamless product integration.
- Provide actionable insights on marketing strategies to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clinics to deliver exceptional patient experiences and drive long-term loyalty.
- Design and present tailored business strategies to optimize clinic performance and revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records and manage CRM systems efficiently.
Requirements:
- A degree qualification and at least five years of experience in medical sales, preferably within the aesthetics sector or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and maintaining brand integrity while achieving sales KPIs.
- Strong coaching and training abilities, with a focus on small teams and individuals.
- A proven track record of delivering customer satisfaction and driving business expansion.
- Experience guiding marketing initiatives that improve patient acquisition and retention.
- A full UK driving license is required.
Compensation Package:
- Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience)
- Bonus potential: £30,000 - £45,000
