We seek an experienced Legal Analyst/Assistant to join our UK-based European Legal team. The successful candidate will handle all administration services related to corporate entity management, property acquisitions, and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Acquisitions legal team with documentation compilation, file organization, and post-closing tasks.
  • Manage trackers for acquisition deals, updating legal information, and documenting processes.
  • Prepare and deliver notices to tenants and third parties, as well as records retention and filing.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience in a professional administrative capacity, with a background in real estate, leases, and property documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
