Financial Administrator Job Description

This part-time financial administrator role is an exciting opportunity to join Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. as a key support member for financial advisers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Technical and Administrative Support: Respond to client enquiries, liaise with third parties, issue letters of authority, and make telephone calls to administration centres and paraplanners.
  • Document Preparation and Maintenance: Draft and proof-read documents, create and update client records, and maintain the CRM system.
  • New Client Onboarding and Compliance: Decipher policy information, onboard new clients, prepare client files for review meetings, and manage compliance requirements.
  • Business Pipeline Management: Assist with marketing administration, manage the new SJP meeting review process, and provide regular status updates.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits including free parking.
