Nurse Disability Assessor

DONARD RECRUITMENT IS SEEKING QUALIFIED NURSES, PHYSIOTHERAPISTS, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS AND PARAMEDICS TO JOIN OUR TEAM OF ASSESSORS IN A FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME CAPACITY.
About the RoleAs a Nurse Assessor, you will work as part of our team to provide unbiased, comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP). You will conduct face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls and paper-based reports (PBR), and manage caseloads from end-to-end.
The ideal candidate will possess valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions and be a Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Paramedic.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for a 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality and retention bonus after completing additional training.
This role offers the opportunity to leverage your existing clinical expertise in a dynamic new environment and take advantage of our training options, which include 12 weeks' full-time training, 14 weeks' four-day week training, and 17 weeks' three-day week training.
