Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical direction of civil and structural engineering projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver projects to the required standards.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies and solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our civil and structural engineering projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring that our projects are compliant with all relevant standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Engineer (MICE or MIStructE) with extensive experience in civil and structural engineering.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex civil and structural engineering projects to the required standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to develop and implement technical strategies and solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our civil and structural engineering projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
