Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our operation, you will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing world-class service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle guest calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and policies
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient way
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be able to work well under pressure and provide top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career.

Location:

This role is based in London, with regular shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
