Duty Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our Centre Management Team at Freedom Leisure. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the leisure centre, ensuring a high-quality experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop a team of operational staff to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality facilities.
- Contribute to the business and budgetary performance of the centre, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Be a proactive member of the leisure centre team, working collaboratively to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement events and activities that promote customer engagement and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
- Proven experience in a Duty Management or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexibly, with a high level of autonomy and decision-making confidence.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and respond to variable demands.
- NPLQ qualification (training can be provided).
- First aid at work.
