We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our Centre Management Team at Freedom Leisure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of our leisure centre, ensuring that our customers receive an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of operational staff to deliver high-quality services and activities.
  • Contribute to and understand the business and budgetary performance of the centre.
  • Be a proactive member of the leisure centre team, working collaboratively to achieve our goals.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage events and activities, ensuring they are well-organized and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Duty Management or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think on your feet and respond to variable demands.
  • A passion for the leisure industry, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • NPLQ qualification (training can be provided).
  • First aid at work.
