We are seeking an exceptional teaching assistant to join our team at Watertoren Utrecht.

About the Job

This is a permanent contract, working 25 hours per week, term time only. The successful candidate will support students with special education needs, assist teachers, and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in the planning cycle, resource management, and classroom organization.
  • Implement individualized education plans for students with special education needs.
  • Supervise students during breaks and extracurricular activities, adhering to the academy's behaviour policy.
Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and develop positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits Information

The salary for this role is approximately £22,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience.
