Special Needs Assistant Teacher

We have an exciting opportunity for a Special Needs Assistant Teacher to join our team at TeachMatch. The successful candidate will work closely with our educators to deliver high-quality support services to children with special needs.
As a Special Needs Assistant Teacher, you will be responsible for providing direct support to children, engaging them in educational activities, and developing effective communication strategies to meet individual needs.
Key Duties- Support Children: Provide individualized support to children, promoting their emotional and academic well-being.
- Develop Activities: Collaborate with educators to design and implement engaging educational activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Enhance Communication: Foster strong relationships with children, educators, and parents through effective communication and active listening.
- Qualifications: A degree in special education, child development, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with children with special needs.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
