Job Title: Multiskilled Facilities Manager

A leading provider in facilities management is seeking a skilled multiskilled maintenance engineer to complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks for the GE Vernova contract in Stafford.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance on all buildings, plant, and production equipment.
• Collaborate with a team of 2 engineers on required shifts.
• Participate in an on-call rota.
• Conduct fault diagnosis and repairs on electrical equipment.
• Adhere to established Method Statements and Risk Assessments for safe working practices.
• Support the Manager and Supervisor to ensure engineering subcontractors comply with contractual commitments and site operating processes.
• Regularly update logbooks, shift hand-over, and client reporting accurately.

Person Specification:
• Hold electrical or mechanical qualifications from a recognised institution (NVQ/C&Gs).
• Experience in multi-skilled disciplines (mechanical, fabric, water hygiene, painting, and carpentry) is desirable.
• Possess comprehensive electrical experience undertaking reactive and planned preventative maintenance.
