Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Finance Manager in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including bank statements and credit card purchases.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports, including payment schedules and debtors reports.
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xero accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
