About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents. As a Lifestyle Enrichment & Activities Coordinator, you will work closely with our community engagement team to create community links and showcase our Home. Your duties will also include updating the homes social media platforms.

Part of your time as a Lifestyle Enrichment & Activities Coordinator will be spent getting to know our residents and their families before creating tailored activities programmes focused on maximising everyone's lifestyle, wellbeing, independence and social engagement.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be warm, empathetic and personable. Your organisational skills and driven mind-set mean you always get things done and make things happen. Your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire our residents and staff to get involved in activities both within the home and in the local community.

Salaries and Benefits

In return for your dedication, you'll receive a competitive rate of pay, estimated at around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, plus our sector-leading benefits and rewards package including:
