About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team in Newcastle. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of electrical installations and systems for data centres and other mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and specify electrical installations and systems for data centres and other mission-critical projects
  • Develop and implement control systems and operating systems for building engineering services
  • Conduct surveys, tests, and reports on existing electrical installations
  • Ensure that all engineering calculations and drawings meet industry and legal standards
  • Represent the company at technical meetings with customers and contractors
Requirements
  • Experience in the delivery of European data centres and mission-critical projects
  • Knowledge of MS Office and IT-based calculation and spreadsheet software
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
