Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Archivist to manage our digital archives, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our digital records. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of archives and digital preservation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Archive Management: Develop and implement strategies for managing digital archives, including creating metadata, ensuring data quality, and maintaining system integrity.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that digital archives meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and integrity.

Requirements: Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., archives, library science, information technology). Relevant experience working with digital archives and customer service. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
