About the Role

Noisy Cricket C.I.C is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Financial Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial and commercial strategy of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive financial plan that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Commercial Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop strategies to minimize their impact on the organization.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement our organizational strategy, and collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, with a strong track record of financial planning, commercial development, and financial management.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans. Excellent commercial development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with our leadership team and other departments.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
