About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive financial plan that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Commercial Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement organizational strategies, and collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial or commercial role, preferably in a social enterprise or non-profit organization.
  • Skills: Strong financial management and planning skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Excellent commercial development and leadership skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
