**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to lead our finance function and provide commercial partnering to our Managing Director. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Strategic partnering with the Managing Director to drive business growth and profitability
* Leadership of the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
* Financing and debt raising, including refinancing and working capital management
* Financial reporting to shareholders, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
* Business planning, including annual business plans, budgets, and shareholder returns modeling
* Capital expenditure appraisal and projections for future developments
* Stakeholder relationship management, including banks, debt providers, shareholders, auditors, and tenants
**Requirements**
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in industry
* Commercially astute, self-starter, articulate, technically strong, dynamic, insightful, and influential leader with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
