Location: Manchester
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + Excellent Benefits
We are seeking an experienced Financial Director to join our team at BTG Recruitment. As a Financial Director, you will be responsible for leading our finance function and driving business growth through strategic financial planning and decision-making.
About the Role:
As the Financial Director, you will be a key member of our senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will also be responsible for leading a high-performing finance team and developing their skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
- Oversee all aspects of the finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Partner with senior leaders across the business to support key strategic initiatives
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure full compliance with all financial regulations
About You:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience as a Financial Director or Financial Controller within a manufacturing environment. You will have a proven track record of leading finance teams, managing cash flow, and dealing with the complexities of multi-currency operations. Your ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and your strategic thinking will be crucial to your success in this role.
