At Harris Geospatial Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Trade Compliance Manager to join our Intelligence & Cyber International (ICI) division in Tewkesbury, UK. This is a key role within the team that oversees and ensures compliance with all applicable trade regulations and L3Harris Corporate Policies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing trade compliance programs for complex organizations, particularly in the defence sector. They should possess strong knowledge of UK/EU Defence Export Controls and US Trade Compliance requirements, including the ITAR and EAR. Additionally, they should have experience with international logistics, policy writing, and team leadership.

This role requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to work independently in assessing and providing guidance on trade compliance matters across various business activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a Corporate-Level Trade Compliance Programme for the EMEA region, as well as supporting senior leadership in advising on best practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including hybrid working arrangements, private medical insurance, pension scheme, and employee assistance program.
