We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team in the Sutton office. The successful candidate will provide end-to-end administration support to our Advisers, ensuring the smooth operation of our wealth planning business.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our Advisers, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Manage client records, including updating client information and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with the preparation of client reports and presentations.
- Support the team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
- At least months of administration experience in a wealth planning firm.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
