We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Advisers in the Sutton office with end-to-end administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Drafting and sending letters of authority and other documents
- Creating meeting packs and updating the internal CRM
- Answering client queries and communicating with providers and stakeholders
- Performing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth flow of the support function
- Opportunity to do paraplanning work and support with industry exams
- At least months of administration experience in a wealth planning firm
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing priorities
- Competitive basic salary of £28k - £30k depending on experience
