Financial Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Advisers in the Sutton office with end-to-end administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and sending letters of authority and other documents
  • Creating meeting packs and updating the internal CRM
  • Answering client queries and communicating with providers and stakeholders
  • Performing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth flow of the support function
  • Opportunity to do paraplanning work and support with industry exams
Requirements:
  • At least months of administration experience in a wealth planning firm
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing priorities
