We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team in the Sutton office. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide end-to-end support to our financial advisors, ensuring seamless delivery of our wealth planning services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our financial advisors, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of client transactions, including payments and investments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including meetings and correspondence.
- Collaborate with our paraplanners to ensure efficient and effective delivery of our wealth planning services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:
