We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team in the Sutton office. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide end-to-end support to our Advisers, ensuring seamless delivery of our wealth planning services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Financial Administrator to join a well-established financial advice business. You will be responsible for administering client relationships, managing client data, and providing administrative support to our Advisers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our Advisers, including client onboarding, data management, and document preparation.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and timely communication.
  • Contribute to the development of our wealth planning services, working closely with our Advisers and other team members.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least months of administration experience in a wealth planning firm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience of CRM systems and other administrative software.
